1. Scope
These Terms of Service apply to the use of the mobile application "Stundenzettel" (hereinafter referred to as "App") on iOS and Android operating systems, offered through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The App is operated by Hauke Olf (hereinafter referred to as "Provider").
2. Description of Service
Stundenzettel is a time-tracking application that provides:
- Working time recording with start/stop timer
- Manual time entry for past hours
- Break time tracking
- Overtime calculation
- Monthly and weekly reports with PDF export
- Home screen widget for quick access
Use of the App requires registration via third-party authentication services (e.g., Google or Apple).
3. Terms of Use
(1) The use of the App is free of charge. The free version is supported by advertisements.
(2) Users must be at least 16 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.
(3) You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
(4) It is prohibited to misuse the App, including but not limited to attempting to reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the App or its content.
(5) The App is intended for personal time-tracking purposes. The Provider is not responsible for the accuracy of recorded data or any consequences arising from inaccurate time records.
4. Advertisements
(1) The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob.
(2) Advertisements may be personalized based on user data collected by Google, subject to the user's consent and device settings.
(3) Users can opt out of personalized advertising through their device settings.
5. Data Protection
(1) The App processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations (see Privacy Policy).
(2) User data is stored in Firebase Cloud infrastructure.
(3) Data will not be shared with third parties without the explicit consent of the user.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, including design elements, icons, and software code, is owned by the Provider and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
7. Disclaimer of Liability
(1) The Provider does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any time-tracking data or reports generated by the App.
(2) The Provider is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to incorrect time records, data loss, or disputes with employers, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.
(3) The Provider is not liable for data loss caused by technical errors or force majeure.
(4) The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
8. Availability and Changes to the App
(1) The Provider strives for high availability of the App but cannot guarantee continuous and error-free operation.
(2) The Provider reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time.
9. Contract Duration and Termination
(1) The use of the App is for an indefinite period.
(2) Users can terminate use at any time by uninstalling the App and deleting their account.
(3) The Provider may terminate or restrict a user's access to the App at any time without stating reasons, particularly in the event of violations of these Terms.
10. Final Provisions
(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies unless mandatory legal provisions dictate otherwise.
(2) Should any provision of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
(3) The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes.
